Due to the personalized nature of some items, our small team size and occasionally higher demands, there may be a brief delay in processing. Shipping Timeframes:
For orders within the United States and Canada, the estimated shipping time is 12-16 business days following dispatch. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Tracking Your Order:

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  
• Intimate or sanitary goods
  
• Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases
  

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
  
• Downloadable software products
  
• Certain health and personal care items
  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should first request a return at info@fitwear.ink

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• Gentle Wash: For best results, hand wash your shapewear or use the delicate cycle on your washing machine to keep it in top condition.
  
• Mild Detergent Only: Choose a mild detergent to protect delicate fabrics. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they may cause damage.
  
• Air Dry: Lay your shapewear flat or hang it to air dry. Keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  
• Proper Storage: Fold neatly and store in a drawer or hang in a closet, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain its shape.
  
• Regular Replacement: Replace your shapewear once it loses elasticity or no longer provides the desired support, ensuring lasting comfort and effectiveness.
